Hi, I'm Erica.

I'm a brand strategist, web designer and wordpress developer. I help businesses establish a brand presence, and create websites and digital design solutions for entrepreneurs and businesses that want to:

Build a better reputation for their business

The reality of today’s age is that if a customer is interested in you they will look you up online, see what they can find about you, and compare you to your competition to see who they trust more with their money. All your social media outlets, media coverage and online reviews will inevitably point to your website.

If you don’t have a website, then you’re not in control of how you are percieved to your customer online.

Why have websites become so important? Because it’s the only place that’s truly yours to communicate exactly what you want to your customer, and their first-hand experience of your business matters.

Having a modern website that functions properly and is optimised to what they are engaging you for, will make them more likely to buy from you if they are on the market. Even if they aren’t, they’ll take away value if your business appears professional and looks like you know what you’re doing, because they’ll be more likely to keep you in mind when they are ready to buy, or maybe even refer you to their friends who might be looking.

Sell more products and/or services

Websites create action, or lack of.

It’s simple. Once your customer lands on your website, you have the opportunity to either win them or lose them.

Sure you can spend lots of time retargeting them and reminding them that you’re great, but if they find it hard to convert and purchase from you in the first place then frankly you are repelling them.

The art of selling more products and services online is complicated, and combines many multidiscplinary practices such as psychology (how their mind works), sociology (their cultural context and influence), and UI/UX (how they interact with your website), but the common thread is that you need to make it easy and comfortable for them to want to spend their money. Building trust and a reputation will go a long way, and these are acheived through great design.

Get more leads

Your website is one of your best tools for building your business’s visibility and this is because it can be one of the cheapest ways to get you in front of your customer.

  1. Having a good website that is Search Engine Optimised will help qualified leads find you and then buy from you
  2. It makes it easy for people to refer you. All they need to remember is the name of your business and the person interested can search you online and find you
  3. You have somewhere to refer traffic generated from social media or even traditional media coverage that will easily tell your customers more about you with little effort required on their behalf

Target the right people

People buy from people.

Personalise your website to connect with your ideal customer and they will get it.

"Did you know that people form their first impression of a website in just 50 milliseconds?"

The Stanford Web Credibility Research Project found that 75% of people admit to judging a business’s credibility based on their website alone…

Websites are undeniably one of your most important business and marketing assets in 2019.
